Refund Policy

1. Return Period

You may return any product purchased through moverenewglow.world within 14 calendar days of the date you received your order. This right applies regardless of your reason for return. For consumers in the European Union, this right to withdrawal is additionally protected under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Payment on Delivery

Where payment on delivery is selected, no charge is collected until your order is physically received. If you choose not to accept the parcel at delivery, no payment is due and the order will be cancelled.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be: unopened and in original packaging; returned within 14 calendar days of receipt; accompanied by your order reference number. We reserve the right to decline returns for items that have been opened or that show signs of use, unless the product is defective or not as described.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@moverenewglow.world within 14 days of receipt, quoting your order reference. We will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or by bank transfer where payment on delivery was used.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of opened food supplements for health and safety reasons, unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, or materially not as described.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@moverenewglow.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
